I am very excited about it. I've been interested in this for years. I currently live at ---- but this is more of an urban community with no place to grow anything. I would also be interested in creating a solar garden but again no space here. As I mentioned at our meeting at the Boulder Creek Festival I would love for you all to meet..
I love it and would want to live in it.

"if done right it could be an example on how to live with society and with out.
simply put a society with in a society that can live with out the larger society
then people will have an established community to use as a template for their local communities as they pull away from the  non eco ways.

Great

Exactly what we are looking for.
I think it sounds like a great idea and I would love to help make it a possible.
It sounds good but I do not have enough information at this point to form a true opinion.  Therefore, I am curious to know more.
This could be very cool.
I hope several, affordable ecotowns pop up!
I'd like to know more, I want to live in a village just like all the photos. I think it sounds wonderful.
It's exciting and needs to happen!!
Very exciting!
One of the smarter idea's I've heard of.
I'm curious, but cautious. It could be great or it could be a disaster. A completely independent town is appealing, but then I think of things I would miss, like growing outside of the eco-village and insulating myself from new communities.
Its an idea Ive had myself for a long time, I would also want to add a community garden as well. I would very much love to be a part of this in whatever way I can and would have no apprehensions in volunteering my time whenever needed.
I'm ready
I wish it was closer to me...sounds brilliant!!
yes , this is what is needed !

I think that's wonderful! I'd seriously consider joining in!
I'm curious...from a serious activist perspective
Needs to happen, all over...
We desperately need a modern Eco-town.
"Sounds great.
Awesome. I can't believe it hasn't been done already.
WONDERFUL! It is about time :)
Sounds good. It would allow my family to be near my sister and meet our goals of low-impact communal living.
"good location.  would like to understand more about the time frame, plan, price, people starting, etc.
That sounds great!  Im going to be moving to Boulder in 3 years when my husband's military enlistment is up.
It's time!
I would love that. The more the merrier. Its villages like these that are leading the march towards a more sustainable future for us all.
i love it
Great!
Beautiful surroundings, close to stores and necessities, great for the planet. I would love it.
I am very interested in seeing a functional ecovillage in Colorado.  I am interested in a cohousing model with shared values of care of earth, spiritual and lifestyle openness, independent finances, conscious omnivory, and concensus decision meaking.  I would love to see small (owner-built?) green homes.  A common house is essential.  I want to be able to own and care for my own garden, chickens and goats.  I want to keep bees.
I would like more information before I make a final decision, but on the surface, the concept sounds great.
I'm curious and a little skeptical of the cult mentality.  But I like the idea and think it would be great to utilize existing building and infrastructure rather then starting from scratch.
Sounds interesting =)
Phenomenal
Interested depending on location, cost and covenants
I have been envisioning this for a while
I'd move to be a part of it without a doubt!
This is my dream!
The planning of it sounds intiguing.
Anything that resembles and Eco-town appeals to me.
An idea whose time is long past due to manifest~
I'm very curious, and think living in such a place could help prepare me for a world after disaster.
I'm curious... heard about them in a documentary I just finished watching.
I think it would be fabulous and appeal to a lot of different people.
I think there's a huge interest in living consciously here along the Front Range.  The roadblocks I see are current zoning and building codes, and the sheer cost of land.
I think an eco-town in the front range would be great. This part of the country has so much to offer and so many people who want to be a part of it.
While I like the idea of an Eco-town in the area I would rate it's probability as only moderate. Many factors, both economic and social, mitigate against it's happening.
tell me more
Sounds Awesome.  A coummunity of like minded people bettering the world around them--what's not too like!!!
Great idea - I am an urban planner with personal and professional background in cohousing and cooperative communities
It needs to be done, hope it has an impact...
I'm interested in learning more.
We need it now!!!
An Eco-Town is a great concept and a useful tool toward making it more realistic for individuals to accomplish their goals by pooling their efforts and resources. I hope your efforts yield much success!
sounds great!
I  think that is a totally doable goal. Colorado is already above the curve for sustainable thought so i think it would be widely supported.
This is a wonderful idea - I am interested in learning more.
That would be awesome
my focus has been on transforming the larger community I'm already in, but I am definitely curious and excited for the possibilities.
It sounds great, is sorely needed, and -  in light of Boulder being on the "cutting edge" of new ideas - could be just the thing that we need to help redefine Boulder/Boulder area as Community.
Wonderful.
Sounds great.
I think it'd be awesome.
Sounds like a great idea, as long as it is carried out properly.
That sounds fantastic and I am ready to check it out now.  Ready to contribute.
That sounds greeat!
I think that would be awesome.
I think it is a tremendous possibility. I believe a successful eco-village close to modern society would serve as an example to the world that humans and nature can live in harmony.
sounds like a good idea
I think it's fantastic and I'd love to live there.
I think it sounds great.
I think it sounds great.  I would like to know more.
It sounds like a great idea.  Of course the devil is in the details and execution.
"With enough money, from founders and joiners, it's not that hard. The community part is difficult.
Eco-Town can mean just another subdivision but with varying degrees of environmental consciousness (to be defined) or it can mean an intentional community, or something in between. The possibility? It depends. "
I'm coiled and ready to jump in! Not kidding.
I'm absolutely thrilled at the idea and believe that it's going to provide important guidance for the rest of the world as we emerge from the halcyon dreamworld of cheap and plentiful oil.
I think it's about time for an ecovillage in the area! We need more sustainable communities! Will the trees around houses be food forest? Will you be incorporating aquaponic techniques in the greenhouses? How much money to be a part of this community? How much upkeep/HOA fees?
I am very excited!  Something we thought of trying to do with our friends/family on our own.
I think it's a great idea and I certainly think it's possible. The term eco-town does seem fairly vague to me. I'm sure that what I imagine an eco-town to be could be quite different from what someone else may imagine. It would be nice to have a clearer description of what people are imagining and yet at the same time not be a too rigid definition of what an eco-town may be.
We have been exploring various locations. Our latest venture was Ithaca, NY, which we were most impressed with. this community is about to start it's third phase of building. Ideally, our preference is to stay in Colorado. We prefer an "Eco Village" in the proximity of a small to medium city, which allows access to various amenities.
I'd definitely move somewhere like that if it were affordable.
i am really curious, and looking forward to meeting the other folks who are also interested and curious!
A great idea. Thanks for working on this!
Great idea, it just needs to be executed correctly at the right price point and at the right scale for current market conditions
i am very interested in seeing how something like this could work
I would be excited to have my social community in something like an Eco-Town.
I'm so excited!  "It takes a village to raise a child" - I've never found that and am so ready to live it. Yay for you!
Curious. Best locations for us would be near Boulder, Denver, or Golden.

Front range is a great location --very diverse
The sooner the better!
It sounds wonderful, but even more so, very important.

A beautiful, appropriate vision.  I am very interested.

Absolutely essential!  I am so happy to hear and read about people like yourselves who are trying to change the status quo.

How wonderful!
Great idea!
It sounds incredible and I want to stay informed.
I'm interested.

Right timing for me and others.

I'm curious but very interested.....

we love the ideas presented here, with the wide range of variety in living accommodations, transport, and food sources.  an eco-village has to be able to accommodate a wide variety of preferences.  eco-villages should be built everywhere!

Great!  I'm ready.

I'm extremely interested in changing my current life to something that is more fulfilling and open to changes in all ways.

I have a dream, this is it.

About time.

I have recently been doing a large amount of research regarding doing an internship in an ecovillage/town and would love to see one come together here in colorado(where I currently live).  I think there is a larger grouping of people here in colorado that would be into that lifestyle, and the land here is great.

Sounds absolutely wonderful, not to mention critically important!! I live in  Utah but am willing to pack my bags and move to the eco town

Highly possible. Seriously possible. Cooperative living proves that we can move forward by going backward.

I like it and I'm curious.

I really like the idea!!!!

We're interested in looking at what people have to offer.

I'm wide open.

We'll be there!!  It's our dream come true!

Eco-town sounds awesome!

It would be great to see one that is affordable.

I'd be interested in helping to make it happen & perhaps living there.

Great if with a committed and good-willed group.

not only is it possible, but preferable to the alternative way of living

I'm curious. I don’t live in colorado. I want to learn more.

It's inevitable.

Sounds like a place I'd love to be a part of.

No idea, but why not?

YES!  This is exactly what I have been looking for!  There are so many optimizations that can reduce environmental footprint without reducing standard of living by changing how we organize our communities, but it takes a critical mass to implement them.

I'm curious

This is really exciting!

It sounds quite doable!

It is my life goal! I've been interested in starting an eco-village since I was little. I'm going to make it happen and I'm excited to see that y'all have gotten further toward the goal than I have.

"How would this ""Ecovillage"" work in the greater scheme of things in North Boulder County? Where are these 35 acres? Lyons area?

Holiday Neighborhood is already here in Way North Boulder. Two Cohousings are here as well (Wild Sage and Silver Sage)... Do we really want to spread out? I am part of a CSA... it's a hell of a lot of work!"

I like it.  Preferably more than one, with a diverse set of specific plans.

It sounds like it is possible and could be a good idea if done correctly.  Care should be taken to include a wide range of income levels and to truly consider that people actually have to be able to get where they need to, i.e. work, and that most people simply cannot get by without a car.

I think it would be great!  I showed my husband and I really like the idea!  Honestly I would love to live there.  I've always thought a large scale would be nice, and this seems a little like that!

I am not familiar with the area, sorry. Where is the front range area in relation to Denver?

I have been talking about starting an eco-village in the Front Range area since I moved here 4 1/2 years ago.  My partner and I have been spreading the word for a couple years together and have about 30 people seriously interested in making the dream come true.  Our biggest hurdle has been finances. Most of us are below the poverty level and know nothing about how to generate enough capital to buy land to get things started.  But we are all able bodied and willing to do whatever work is necessary to make it happen.

It sounds wonderful. Visiting The Fatm in TN it sounds somewhat like that and we loved it there.

That sounds great! I'm worried I wouldn't be able to afford it but I would love for my child to grow up in a more eco-conscious environment!

Fabulous - and definitely needed!

I'm surprised there isn't already one established in that area, to be honest.

I want to live there now and contribute to the project.

If the money holds, then it seems like an obvious thing a lot of people could get behind.

Let's do it!

Sound's Great, It's just what me and my fiancee have been looking for!

I Love it!  That's what I'm all about.  I'm a carpenter/remodeler, yoga nut and healer.  If we don't make these transitions we may not make it.  This is the most important shift that humanity has had to make and we must make it.

It is about time, don't you think? But are you truly serious, inclusive and committed?

i'm ready for community - front range may be the best place?! would love to spend more time looking... live in northern nm now, so perhaps it is similar in ways?

Has potential.

That would be so cool> I would love to live there if it was available. The possibilities are endless and the times are right!  Go for it and soon!

While I'm interested in the concept of an eco-town, I don't know much about the front range area, and am not ready to make an overly optimistic or pessimistic assessment.

I want in!!!

An excellent idea. The perfect place really for using sun, wind, hydro-electric and geo-thermal energy.

Its interesting to me. I want to know what it would be like.

Please. Sounds amazing. How can I help??

I think it sounds great and am interested in joining

It sounds like a great and necessary idea. I hope it is affordable too.

Sounds like a dream come true!!

Awesome and overdue

Would love to see it happen.

It is time for a life style change, Eco villages are the way to go!

Sounds awesome!

If it includes SMALL single-story home options I'm probably in.  Sounds like just what I have been waiting for.

I'd love to be involved.

Really interested in type of living, excited to see it so close to home!

Curious

Sounds like a great addition!

I'm very interested

I think it's a great Idea.

I'm ready and may want to live there!

I think it's an awesome idea.

interested in moving to Boulder area - want independent and interdependent housing

It is a refreshing and absolutely necessary possibility for anyone who is sick of living the way that "they" want us to live. Our planet is dying and its time communities REALLY started living in harmony with it. I wish that there were more places like this in the works.

I'd visit, if not live there.

I've been looking for a community just like this for a while now. I'm excited to know more. I would love to be a part of this community!

I'd love to find a way to be a part of one.

It sounds like this is what I have been waiting for!  .. I'm ready to hook up with like-minded people & join a sound,eco-community.  I am antsy to move but have not found until now what sounds like the perfect way to live.

Definitely a great idea that can be implemented today.

Sounds great. Looking to relocate anyway.

Wonderful!

I think that it is an awesome idea, and me and my family would love the opportunity.

Absolutely necessary!

I'm more than ready!

Reasearching Communities, would be nice to a part of one.

Sounds great!!

Sounds great!

Awesome.  I'm surprised it hasn't happened already and I want to be a part of it when it does.

Sounds great, as long as there is access to fresh spring water - as that should be the water source for the community.

I'm curious

It's about time

That sounds fantastic!

It is exactly what i want to do and how i want to raise my family, so count me in!

Sounds fantastic lets do it

Totally....     It is time!

Bring it on!

YES Please....!!  I'm in... possibilities + positive people + efficient action = Positive Results.   THE TIME IS NOW....

I think its the most rad idea since Burning Man!

I'm ready.

I think it's quite possible and I know many people who would be interested.

"I love the idea. It could be the realization of a long term dream in which I have seen these villages all over America and the world and lots of joyous, productive movement between them.

Sounds very intriging, I'm interested.

I'm inspired and curious!

I'm ready to live in a tight community. One with great people, ethics, good food, energy self-sufficient & lotsa love for all.

I'm ready :)

Hmmm....looks like it's already coming together, curiouser and curiouser.

Great and amazing idea !!

I would absolutely love it.

That sounds great! I hope to see Eco-Towns appear everywhere and slowly replace suburbia...

Its about time!
sounds wonderful
I think its a wonderful example of human ingenuity
Exciting and energizing. I like the co-op idea, and would like to recomend a canning co-op as well.
It gets me quite giddy, I may be looking for something a little smaller than this vision, but I am open minded to the ideas.
Excellent - it's time!
sounds great, i would really like to see it happen
I'm ready, and I know it can be done
Long overdue
Im hopeful, its about time we started building sustainable communities.
Just what I've been looking for.  Let's do it.
It sounds exciting, and I'd like to know more about it.
i feel strongly that this will happen - there are too many people with great interest in living a different sort of life than they are living in the larger Colorado community to not all get together and make IT a reality!
It's time! Let's do it!
Curious.  Depends on leadership, public/private partnership and zoning variance.
I AM INTERESTED IN KNOWING MORE.
One of many steps to a more sustainable and healthy society and world at large!
I think it is time for eco-towns to start replacing the sprawling suburbs.  I think Colorado is an ideal location because we have plenty of sprawl to prevent and lots of wilderness to preserve.
Everything I've been looking for, for myself and my baby daughter :)
I am ready, sign me up, when can I move in?!!!  In other words I am very excited and know that this is one of the many reasons that I am on this planet... to create healing communities!
I´m surprised it hasn´t formed already.
I have been wanting this to happen from the depths of my being for so many reasons!!!
I'd like to know more.
Love the idea.
It is a great idea, and I am ready!
This is total synchronicity...I teach Deep Ecology at Naropa and one of my students just did a paper on eco-villages and I was just thinking...do I have to move to find one?!!
I'd like to live there!
It's way overdue.
I spend most of my spare time dreaming of such things/
A wonderful living alternative.
I'm not familiar with the front range area of Colorado but am interested in finding an eco-village to retire to and build my idea of housing for the elderly.  It is so important that we move closer to taking care of each other.  I presently live in Maryland but believe that it is becoming more and more unsafe to be living on the east coast.
Great idea.
What I've been waiting for!
I would love to see this implemented before peak oil forces us live smaller and more communally. Unfortunately many of the cohousing communities in Boulder and the surrounding areas are only a viable option for higher income brackets. A sustainable community should require less space and energy and hopefully less money than a traditional subdivision. We are ready as long as the cost of living is the same or only slightly higher than living in a traditional community.
I've been waiting for this to happen. Count me in!
Just what I always hoped for!  Can't wait to move there!
Absolutely!!  All towns should be Eco-Towns
sounds good very curious
I'm so ready for this I'm getting starry-eyed.  I am looking for a group of like-minded people who are looking for alternatives to the accepted living-style.   Unbelievably cool, what is happening here.
I am definitely interested in learning more.
I think it sounds amazing, if the location is close enough to Boulder I am ready to relocate from California tomorrow.
Great!
Love it! It's what I have been looking for.
"I like the idea and hope you can make it happen!

Onward!

Susan"
I think it is wonderful. My wife and I have been talking about simplifying our lives
Very exciting!
I'm interested, but want to know more
Its time has come.
Needs to happen
I am rather interested.  While I like the idea, I would like to also be close to public transportation to connect to the boulder cultural scene.
I'm so ready
We NEED this.
I'm not sure that I know a lot about it, but I'm quick to learn new things and believe that this type of living would help me to live more mindfully.
I'm ready to join in the planning and excitement!  I have been wanting to join with likeminded people for quite some time and am ready!  I want to know more!!!
I'm curious.  Something has to change.  We are stuck between needing to support local growth and nothing big happening to support that direction.
I am very excited and want to live there!
I am ready for a paradigm shift and I feel that there are multitudes of others waiting to jump in as well.
Yes! Essential to transition into new world!! Thank you for facilitating!
I have a long standing interest in a large scale eco-town, but I am completely unfamiliar with the front range area.
I have been looking at various eco-villages and this is the nicest, most interesting idea yet.
Totally awesome!
I think that it's about time people started doing something!
Very Interested
I think it is not only possible, but DEFINITE within the near future. Every day, people are becoming more and more aware of the need to live greener lifestyles. The number of eco-communities in the U.S. is growing fast. And Colorado is a great location for an "Eco-Town" because the landscape is BEAUTIFUL and the people are very environmentally and socially conscious!
It needs to happen... here and everywhere, until every town is an eco-town and health and wholeness, person to planet, is real.
I'm curious! I'm moving to Boulder within the year and am willing to take a huge step in my life to totally change everything. I think this eco-town is what is needed... (For everyone, not just me!)
"Fantastic!  I'm ready to move in two months from Oregon.  In fact, I'm in the process of looking for employment in the area, so I am totally SERIOUS.

And, I'm a group facilitator, focusing on sustainability projects and consensus building, with 20+ years of experience.  Perhaps my services would be helpful?

Theresa Jensen  541-778-8273"
I think highly of it and I would like to be a part of it in any and every way I can!
"It is time. We need it and I am ready to move in a create a balanced life.
I haven't been able to pull it off on my own yet and I am so ready.
When and where and I am there!"
This sounds wonderful. I am very happy to finally see this happening!
SHould have happened yesterday
An interesting experiment that could be a model for many to follow
It's a great area to do it in, for my lifestyle anyway. I really like it.
I'm ready, sounds great and want to find out more.
Its Go Timee.
This is exactly what I envisioned!  I would love to live in such a fabulous place!
I love the idea!  I am working on my 5 year plan to live in an eco-village and this looks very appealing to me.
I think this is a fabulous idea. I am not from the region, but I am hoping to relocate there, for all of the reasons that I think could be found in such a village -- and departmental sustainability, intentional community, and being close to the earth.
I think this is an EXCELLENT idea!! I have been interested in helping in the creation of such a place for quite some time now and am thrilled that I have found this group!
I am ready, my wife is curious.
do-able, inspiring....Yes!!
i think there is way more than enough support and interest for this to happen.  I know so many people that dream of the chance to live close to their food source and work together to provide their essentials
Exactly what I'm looking for.
Our family is interested in what this might look like for us to be involved.
"Excellent --- IF we can keep the individual home prices reasonable.  $500,000 plus is NOT reasonable.
We are currently house hunting to move here within the next three years.  Do you expect any possibilities by then?
"
I'm curious
"1.  I expect the extensive experience that others have with cohousing could be useful info.  For example, they've found (eg: book ""Creating Cohousing"") that the communities need to be less than 50 people, to work with consensus decision-making and to be more close-community instead of a more ""public"" one. Thus, about 25 to 30 homes maximum per community (depending on how many singles) having their own common house & other common facilities.
2. Thus, a series of cohousing communities located contiguously for Eco-Town would be a definitely feasible model, because the cohousing model has proven to be feasible.
3.  Larger features & operations for the whole 300 dwelling Eco-Town, such as a CSA farm, can be operated per a membership basis and be operated like a non-profit business, (& not run & owned by 300 households)."
I'm interested!
It sounds great and i want to be involved.
I think it's an amazing idea! I've been interested in moving to Boulder from Colorado Springs (I'd fit in much better there!) but housing is so expensive! I just found out about this project and am really excited that it could become a reality. I'd love to help with this project :)
I would love a place like this.
Much needed. Most attempts at this on front range have not been designed worsening  eco situation. We need local community resilence and local resources for the collapse we're already in..Community is key. I'm ready now and have some experience in this area.
It is time and timely
It is time and timely
Yay!  I want to be part of it.  I have always dreamed of creating or being a part of a community like this.
Yay!  I want to be part of it.  I have always dreamed of creating or being a part of a community like this.
Very possible - something I've been looking to create and be a part of.
I have been wanting a community like this for some time.
Sounds like exactly what I'm looking for
Sweet.
I am so pleased to have stumbled upon your project (via Ecovillage Network of the Americas website)!! I have actually been ruminating on a similar idea here in South Dakota. I work for a Holistic Management company (Savory Institute) that owns about 55,000 acres in SD and MT. I've been speaking with our investors about my idea for a Permaculture Ecovillage positioned at the center of a well-managed Holistic Ranch. They love the idea, but I'm having a really hard time articulating the vision in more detail. At the very least, your idea will be a helpful model to share with them. But, I think there's much more potential! Could we possibly schedule a phone chat? I'd love to connect and throw around some ideas and potentialities!! 540.525.6888
Let's do it.  It's time.  While I don't want to be "the one" up under this, I'd love to be one of the ones!
That sounds great!  I'm curious.
I don't know what the front range is, but an eco town there sounds great. Plans like these are only becoming more relevant - kudos for the work you are doing.
I think it's a brilliant idea! I think we need to get back to the root of our existence...
Sounds great.
I think this is a brilliant idea. I would LOVE to be a part of something like this.
Sounds awesome, its time and the planet needs it
I am interested.
It would be amazing. I would be there as soon as I could afford it.
I think it's a wonderful idea and I'm totally ready for it to happen!
Very doable. I'm ready!
I'm ready and willing to contribute my skills as a construction professional.
I am SO ready.
I think it's possible, and a challenge to do successfully
I'm coming into the time of my life to start thinking about owning a home.  It makes no sense to make that kind of investment in the dying oil-based way of life- it needs to be in an eco-village.
Absolutely.  This is the place.  And the energy is here to support it.
I am SO READY - will do in now.
This is  an amazing idea! I am very curious to find out more information and when the eco-town will be up  and running and how I can live there!
In short, Endless! I believe this isn't a cool fad or something people just talk about doing. This is the only way for our future to happen. If more people atren't looking for sustainable living then there is no hope for man kind.
Awesome.  Let's make it happen!  We need a dramatic shift away from the status-quo.  This is a better, cheaper, healthier, happier, simpler approach to community
I like the possibility of Eco-Town's everywhere.  The front range is a great place to start one.
sounds awesome, i am ready
We'd buy tomorrow.
think it's a great idea!
I think building an eco-town from scratch it totally rad.
Its amazing
I'm curious
I'm ready.
I'm curious, especially about the plans in place for the winter time, which can be quite harsh in CO.
Interested, curious, excited.
I think that eco-towns are the one and only way to sustainability in our culture.  The energy crisis in this country is being ignored and it will take pioneering people to make a difference.
I think it is a concept that will be embraced by many people, myself included.
I'm listening.
I have been dreaming of this for a long time.
I think it's ABOUT TIME! No seriously, I think it's wonderful and I'm > 100% behind this movement. Let's get one started on the Western Slope!! Can we? How do I start that?
I'm not from the area, we would love to live "out" but not by ourselves and homestead.  We love the area around Boulder Co. and Loveland and Fort Collins.
I have had a dream like this since I was a child. Jaques Fresco talks about the ability to create a self sustaining eco town in Zeitgeist and I believe it's possible.
Sounds great.
Sound excellent, would love to participate.
I'm curious - it would mean re-locating a family and changing at least one career.
"When can I move?
"
Awesome sauce, I think these type of towns need to be a wave of the future.  I'm out near Boston working in the technology sector, would love to be in a more green/community oriented environment.
I'd love to be a part of something like this.
It would be a wonderful opportunity to live the way I want to.
I think it's long overdue.
It's a dream that I would love to be a part of. Seems like a large, difficult task
I think that there is a movement in this nation where some people are ready to dismiss the status quo of our social, economic, and environmental boundaries; municipalities whose best interests are in the pockets of big business, and make the switch to something much more holistically produced. A reinvention of what it means to live.
GREAT!!!
I want to learn more.  I'm a believer in the power of community and the potential to radically change the world through sustainable design.
Sounds like an inspiring frontier. I'm ready to develop a true land ethic.
I think it sounds wonderful... I am so ready to live in a place I like.
I'm really waiting for it.
I think it sounds awesome
It's a very good idea that, if implemented, could serve as a model for Eco-Town development anywhere. One advantage of the front range area is its high percentage of eco-minded people in the population.
I think it is a real possiblity and that a lot of people are ready.
"More places should be forward thinking like this.  The closest I've gotten to an commune type living arrangement is Eldorado Canyon where the community thrives because of the community.  Food shares, book shares, cook outs, community gardening....all to support the very local community.
"
If you don't do it, I will.
Love it.  Where would it be located?
amazing idea!
"Let's go!  Do you need pre-sales now?  Or what?  I think that you are ready.
I want to do this in Colorado Springs, but would join yours if you put more gardening throughout the community, not just on the edge."
I like the idea!  Years ago I was a member of a food co-op.  We ordered food thru collaboration of members - we did not grow food ourselves.  It takes a lot of work ordering and then distributing food when it arrived.  I have been interested in co-housing for any years and always would have liked to be in a self sustainable (farm) community.  I will be the first in line to be a member of a community that you have described.
I think it sounds very interesting.
about time, we need a suburb with a soul.
Sounds interesting, but I'm more curious about the ability to incorporate such development into existing towns...like Boulder.
Let's do it.
I'm curious.
"I think it is a beautiful idea! I think we all share this dream! Please let me know how to get involved! I want to be a part of this!
Gina Magdaleno
Nederland, CO"
been waiting for it.
It sounds very exciting. Looking forward to see how it unfolds.
It would fit so well with the culture of this area. I doubt you will have any trouble filling it out, so get me on the list right away!
Very cool
Very good
This should be done already.
